The second and final foal out of Hall of Famer Rachel Alexandra, whose accomplishments speak for themselves, Rachel's Valentina followed up a 'TDN Rising Star'-worthy debut with a win in Saratoga's GI Spinaway S. She finished second in both the GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies and the GI Central Bank Ashland S. Shug McGaughey saddles an expensive first timer in Allen Stable's $750,000 KEESEP buy Radio Days (Gun Runner). The dark bay is a half to Grade I-winning millionaire Bowie's Hero (Artie Schiller). BAFFERT UNVEILS HALF TO BODEMEISTER

Hall of Famer Bob Baffert unveils UNDER THE STARS (Pioneerof the Nile), a half-sister to his GI Arkansas Derby hero Bodemeister (Empire Maker), for the Coolmore contingent in this event. In addition to his top-level score at Oaklawn, Bodemeister finished second in both the GI Kentucky Derby and GI Preakness S. Coolmore's M.V. Magnier purchased their GSW & GISP dam Untouched Talent (Storm Cat) for $5 million at the 2012 FTKNOV sale in foal to Unbridled's Song. She produced GISP Fascinating (Smart Strike) the year prior. Her 2015 foal, a filly named Glories (Galileo {Ire}), summoned $1.2 million from Hunter Valley Farm as a weanling at KEENOV and her 2017 filly named Himiko (American Pharoah) brought $1 million from Narvic International at that year's FTKNOV sale and is no stakes-placed. Baffert saddles another firster in this test in Michael Petersen's Adare Manor (Uncle Mo). Donato Lanni signed the $375,000 ticket on the daughter of GSW Brooklynsway (Giant Gizmo) at OBS June after she breezed in :10 1/5. TJCIS PPs
